For getting a fast completion of your RMA case, please regard these details :
- Read the FAQ. There you will also find instructions for testing if there is really a defect.
- In any case, please apply for an RMA number
- Ship your parcel to this address :

- Place a short letter in your parcel where you describe the defect. Let us know your return address, in case it differs from the last used shipping address.
- With repairments : Send ONLY the defective single part WITHOUT any accessoiry (manual, connection cables, ...)
- With cancellations : Send EVERYTHING original packaging with COMPLETE accessoiry
- External signs of usage (scratches, dents, ...) can lead to a longer proccessing time. This is because we usually replace immediately against a new unit. This is NOT possible with returns with signs of usage.
Exclusion from warranty :
o Opening of sealed products (e.g. TFT-displays)
o Defect was your fault (e.g. impressed condensers, cutted conducting paths, ...)
